Swinhay Yarrow was established in 2020 and provides independent professional consultancy advice, management services and support relating to rural assets including agricultural, residential and commercial property for predominantly private clients throughout Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire.

Fiona Yarrow BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV
Founder and Director, Fiona Yarrow, is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Having graduated from the Royal Agricultural University, she worked for an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Land Agents followed by a national firm of Property Consultants prior to establishing Swinhay Yarrow.
Fiona is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a RICS Registered Valuer and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and she has been Secretary & Treasurer of the Gloucestershire & District Agricultural Valuers’ Association since 2014 having previously held the position of Chair.
